We source products from various warehouses to get the best prices. We have warehouses all across the USA.

All products are checked for integrity before being shipped, if the unlikely event happens that a product is faulty/Damaged e-mail us at info@samuraikatanaswords.com within 30 days of being recieved, and we will forward you on the address of the warehouse in relation to your specific product. Some swords may include minor inperfections when they come from the forges in asia, this is not considered a damaged item and a $10 fee will be applied if it is sent back in this condition. you will also have to pay the shipping fees back to the warehouse.

If you recieve your item and you dont like it and want to exchange it for something else, e-mail us at info@samuraikatanaswords.com within 15 days of being recieved and we will forward you on the address of the warehouse in relation to your specific product. And you will have to pay for the shipping fees that incur.
